Vinyl polysiloxane impression material

Impressions you don't have to take twice.

ImpressiveBite is a full VPS system — putty through extra-light wash — engineered for the margins that actually matter. Hydrophilic, dimensionally stable, and priced so a remake never costs you more than the material did.

Why practices switch

Built around the four ways an impression fails

Every property below exists because of a specific remake we've watched happen. Nothing here is decorative chemistry.

Reads through moisture

Intrinsically hydrophilic from the unset state forward, so sulcular fluid and a stubborn bleeder don't turn into voids at the margin.

Tears clean, or not at all

High tear strength in the wash layer means thin interproximal fins survive removal instead of staying behind in the sulcus.

Sets when it says it will

Working and set times hold across the temperature swings of a real operatory — no early snap on a July afternoon in Phoenix.

Pours the same on day 14

Dimensional stability lets a case sit over a long weekend or ship cross-country and still seat when the crown comes back.

The line

One system, every technique

Dual-arch, full-arch, one-step, two-step, or a bite registration between units — the same chemistry runs through all of it, so your lab gets a consistent pour every time.

Tray material

ImpressiveBite Putty

Type 0 · 1:1 hand-mix · Soft & Regular

Non-slumping base for two-step and putty-wash technique. Kneads clean, doesn't stick to gloves, releases from the tray in one piece.

Tray material

Heavy Body

Type 1 · 50 mL cartridge · Fast & Regular

The workhorse tray material. Enough body to drive the wash into the sulcus, enough flow to seat a full-arch tray without rebound.

  • Working time0:45 / 1:30
  • Intraoral set2:00 / 3:30
  • Pack2 × 50 mL + tips
Single-phase

Monophase

Type 2 · 50 mL cartridge

Shear-thinning medium body for one-material technique, implant transfers, and triple-tray cases where you'd rather not juggle two guns.

  • Working time1:15
  • Intraoral set3:00
  • Pack2 × 50 mL + tips
Wash

Light Body

Type 3 · 50 mL cartridge · Fast & Regular

The margin material. Flows into a retracted sulcus, holds its shape on withdrawal, and reproduces detail below the resolution of the die stone you'll pour it into.

Wash

Extra-Light Wash

Type 3 · 50 mL cartridge

Lowest viscosity in the line, for deep chamfers, veneer preps, and anywhere you're chasing a margin you can barely see.

Bite Registration

Super-fast set · 50 mL cartridge

Rigid enough to trim with a scalpel and mount without flex, fast enough that the patient hasn't drifted off centric by the time it sets.

How it works

Try it on a real case before you commit

No rep parked in your operatory, no annual minimum, no auto-renewing contract. Sample it, run it on cases you'd be nervous about, then order when it's earned the shelf space.

Request a sample kit

Tell us which techniques you run. We send matched tray and wash material with mixing tips — enough for several real cases, not a token cartridge.

Run it against what you use now

Same preps, same lab, same week. The comparison that matters is the one your own hands make.

Order direct, or through your distributor

Buy from us with net-30 terms for established practices, or ask us to route it through the distributor you already have on account.

What ships with every order

Nothing you have to chase down separately

  • Automix tips sized to the material — included, not upsold
  • Intraoral tips for wash cartridges in every wash pack
  • Lot number and expiration on every carton and cartridge
  • Instructions for use and current SDS in the box and online
  • A named rep who answers email, not a ticket queue

Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET ship same day from our U.S. distribution center. Ground delivery reaches most of the country in two business days.

The remake promise

If our material caused the remake, we cover the material

Send us the impression and the case number. If the failure traces back to the material — a void at the margin, a tear, a set that didn't hold — we replace what you used on that case and the material for the retake. No claim forms, no restocking games.

  • Every lot batch-tested against ISO 4823 before release
  • Manufactured in an ISO 13485 certified facility
  • Full lot traceability from cartridge back to raw material
  • 24-month shelf life from date of manufacture
  • Latex-free; no natural rubber latex anywhere in the packaging
Questions

The things practices ask first

Will this work with the guns and tips I already have?

Yes. Our 50 mL cartridges use the standard 1:1 dispensing format, so they fit the dispensing guns already in most U.S. operatories. Our mixing tips fit the cartridges, and standard tips fit ours. Nothing about switching requires new hardware.

Is there a minimum order or a contract?

No minimum and no contract. Order a single pack if that's what you need. Free ground shipping kicks in at $250, and established practices can request net-30 terms at checkout or through a rep.

How do I know which viscosity combination to order?

It depends on technique. One-step dual-arch usually pairs Heavy Body with Light Body. Two-step putty-wash pairs Putty with Extra-Light Wash. Single-material and implant cases often run Monophase alone. The technique guide maps each combination, or tell us what you do and we'll match it.

Can our lab pour it the same way?

Yes — it's a standard addition-cure silicone. Labs pour it with the same stone and the same timing they use for any VPS. Wait 30 minutes after removal before the first pour, and the impression stays pourable for up to two weeks.

Do you sell to DSOs and group practices?

We do. Multi-location groups get volume pricing, consolidated invoicing, and per-location shipping. Mention your location count on the contact form and we'll put together a quote.
