Tray material · Type 0
ImpressiveBite Putty
Two-step putty-wash, without the fight.
Base and catalyst knead to a uniform color in about 30 seconds and stop sticking to gloves almost immediately. It's stiff enough not to slump off a stock tray on the way to the mouth, and it releases in one piece so the wash space you cut stays where you cut it.
Available in Soft for patients with limited opening or heavy undercuts, and Regular when you want maximum hydraulic pressure behind the wash.

Tray material · Type 1
Heavy Body
The tray material most of our customers order most of the time.
Formulated to sit in that narrow band where a tray material is genuinely useful: enough body to force the wash apically into a retracted sulcus, enough flow that seating a full-arch tray doesn't leave rebound stress in the set material.
Fast set for single units and cooperative patients. Regular set when you're loading a full arch, working with an assistant on the wash, or the patient needs a slower hand.

Monophase
One material, one gun, both jobs.
Shear-thinning by design: it thins under the pressure of a syringe tip and thickens again the moment it stops moving. That's what lets a single medium-body material wash a margin and still support a tray.
The default choice for implant transfer copings, triple-tray quadrant cases, and any operatory that would rather stock one cartridge than three.

Wash · Type 3
Light Body
Where the case is actually won or lost.
The wash has one job: get into the sulcus, capture the finish line, and come back out intact. Ours is hydrophilic before it sets — not just after — so the fluid it meets in a freshly retracted sulcus gets displaced rather than trapped as a bubble on your margin.
High tear strength does the rest. Thin interproximal fins and subgingival extensions survive removal instead of tearing off and staying in the mouth.

Wash · Type 3
Extra-Light Wash
For the margins you're squinting at.
The lowest-viscosity material we make. It runs into a deep chamfer or a knife-edge preparation under almost no syringe pressure, which matters when the tissue is delicate and you don't want to blow the cord out of the sulcus.
Designed to be driven by Putty or Heavy Body in a two-step technique — it does not have the body to support a tray on its own.

Bite Registration
Sets before the patient drifts.
A one-minute intraoral set is not a marketing number — it's the window in which a patient reliably holds centric. After that, you're recording where their jaw wandered to.
Sets to roughly 92 Shore A, which is hard enough to trim with a scalpel and rigid enough to mount without flex distorting the vertical.
