Is the sample kit really free?
Yes — free material and free shipping, one kit per practice. We ask for your license number because impression material is a professional-use product, not because we're building a call list.
How much material is in a kit?
Enough for several real cases, not a token cartridge. Typically a matched tray and wash pairing with mixing tips. Tell us your technique on the form and we'll match the combination.
Do you offer net-30 terms?
Yes, for established practices. Select "Net-30 terms application" on the form and we'll send a short credit application. Approval usually takes two business days.
Can I keep buying through my current distributor?
In many cases, yes. Tell us who you're on account with and we'll see whether we can route your order through them. Buying direct is usually simpler and cheaper, but we'd rather fit your workflow than fight it.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not currently. We ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. International distribution is something we're working on — email us and we'll let you know when it opens.
